Kevin Reimer is the Executive Director of the BC Principals’ and Vice-Principals’ Association in British Columbia, Canada. Prior to this role he spent 18 years as an elementary or middle school Principal or Vice-Principal in the Comox Valley School District on Vancouver Island. Kevin also served as the elected BCPVPA President from 2016-2018.  In his work as a Principal, Kevin led initiatives in the areas of communicating student learning, building positive school cultures and most recently led a district-wide professional learning community initiative. Kevin has presented at conferences internationally and has contributed to several publications and books in the areas of educational leadership. In 2013, Kevin was recognized by the Learning Partnership as one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals.
