Online Learning Canada, OLC, offers pre-arrival graduation level online courses for international students. Courses range from introductory ELL (ESL) to academic Grade 12. OLC works with School District International Student Programs for those students who wish to complete the full graduation program in BC. We are interested in developing partnerships or shared services that assist international students or international programs.
